Terms of use and sale

These terms govern the use of fulfai.com and the Fulfai services, published by Samy JILALI (see the legal notice). By creating an account or subscribing, you accept them without reservation.
01Description of the service
Fulfai detects the AI libraries and agents present in the environments you connect, classifies risks under the EU AI Act and generates compliance documents (AI Act report, DPIA, GDPR notices, certificates). Fulfai is a compliance-assistance tool: it does not constitute legal advice and does not, by itself, guarantee your organisation's regulatory compliance.
02Account
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential and not share your account. The publisher may suspend an account in the event of fraudulent or abusive use.
03Plans, prices and payment
The service offers a free plan and paid subscriptions (Pro, Business) billed via Stripe, monthly or annually, at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically; you can cancel at any time from your account, with effect at the end of the current period. Any price change will be notified in advance.
04Right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you have a 14-day withdrawal period. By requesting immediate access to the service, you consent to its immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal for the part of the service already performed. This right does not apply to professionals.
05User obligations
You only connect repositories, accounts and environments that you are authorised to analyse. You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to circumvent its limitations, or misuse the scans or the AI assistant.
06Data and privacy
The processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. Fulfai commits to retaining no source code: only the inventory of detected AI libraries and agents is stored.
07Intellectual property
The service, its interface and its code remain the exclusive property of the publisher. You remain the owner of your data and your code. Generated reports are licensed to you for your internal use and regulatory obligations.
08Availability
The publisher strives to keep the service continuously available, without a guaranteed service level. Maintenance interruptions may occur.
09Liability
The publisher's liability is limited to direct damages and may not exceed the amounts paid for the service over the last twelve months. The publisher cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of generated reports or for indirect damages.
10Termination
You can delete your account at any time. The publisher may terminate or suspend access in the event of a breach of these terms, after notice.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Failing amicable resolution, the courts of Toulouse have jurisdiction for disputes with professionals; consumers may bring proceedings before the court of their place of residence and use a consumer mediator.
